Enroute Management in Area Control under Flexible Use of Airspace

Temporary enroute and permanent route were utilized in this paper. We established a model based on the minimum cost of the total flights. The different cost among varies type of plane and temporary enroute cost are imported in this model as the fitness function. We decrease the running cost by the optimization of enroute selection using genetic algorithm. We can see from the result that the total cost had decreased by about 10% after the optimization by this model.
