Research on Memory Technique of NANDFLash in Airborne System

NANDFlash has the merits of non- volatility,small volume,solid stateness,light weight,low power consumption and shock resistance. NANDflash memory Technique researched in airborne system have been proposed in recent years. The paper introduces the storage characteristics of the NANDFlash, several key techniques for efficient exploitation of NANDFlash memory are improved,including Address mapping based on region mechanism and wear leveling based on threshhold vlalue.
