DISTRIBUTION MODEL OF FATIGUE LIFEAND ITS GOODNESS-OF-FIT TEST

From the view point of meso-damage mechanics,a lot of practical physi-cal models, which are able to be used to describe the distnbution law of fatigue life, areestablished, the hkelihood estimate expressions of these distnbution parameters are giv-en, and the hypothesis test on life distnbution is made by means of the advanced good-ness-offit test method. In the case of the fatigue life being nonnal, lognonnal orWeibull distribution, the corresponding B values are calculated, and the following con-clusions are drawn ① For some acceptable distribution models, the effects on B valueunder different distribution hypotheses are not significant. ② It is feasible to use thethree parameter Weibull distnbution model as a universal model to fit the experimentaldata of fatigue life.
