NEUTRONICS CHARACTERISTIC ANALYSES OF THE TOKAMAK BREEDER BLANKET

By processing VITAMIN-C with AMPX-Ⅱ, a set of cross sections which includes the effect of the energy selfshielding has been obtained and the neutronics calculations have been finished through the ANISN code which considered two issues:1 The mutual effects between the inboard and outboard blankets. 2 The neutron inclined injection effect (blanket shape effect). It is shown that the mutual effects between the blankets are considerable, if the difference between the two blankets is large. It cann't be ignored. Generally, the larger the difference between the blankets is, the greater the mutual effects between the blankets are. The neutron inclined injection effect is not very large because the scattering changes the direction of the neutrons frequently.
