Study of Large Dry Containment Over-pressure Failure Probability under Severe Accident Condition

Containment is the last barrier to achieve radioactive products contained,the pressure of which may exceed the design value under the severe accident condition.Study of containment over-pressure integrity and failure probability,is an important part for the severe accident management and Level-2 PSA research.In this paper,the experiment and analysis in SANDIA of USA is described,the containment over-pressure fragility probability AP1000,EPR and Generation II+ NPPs are analyzed and studied,relevant methodology and result can be reference for severe accident management strategy and Level-2 PSA research.
