PID Control Strategy Based on Modified PSO for AC Servo System

AC servo system has many advantages such as lower noise,higher efficiency and higher redibility,so it has been used more and more widely in the engineering-control field.But it is hard to obtain satisfactory results by using the methods of traditional PID.To meet the problem,a control strategy of PID based on the modified PSO is presented.The original parameters controlier are optimized with PSO,which decrease the effect of control for the initial controller value,and a the same time,overcomes the adverse effect generated by the uncertainty to reach the best working conditions.Finally,it is carried out in the Matlab simulation.The simulation results in the Matlab indicate that this control strategy owns fast convergence,high control precision and suppression capacity to counteract disturbance and improve the performance of PID controller.
