Design of Low-frequency Rectangular Wave Electromagnetic Flowmeter

Aiming at eliminating the influence of various interferences on the system accuracy and stability during the measurement process of electromagnetic flowmeter,the paper proposed a new signal processing method.First we analyzed the mechanisms and characteristics generated by several interference resources,and designed the electromagnetic flowmeter excitation circuit,the signal acquisition circuit,voltage enhancement circuit and precious full-wave rectifier circuit.Then combining with the analog switch technology,we gave the disposal approach of signal waveform.Experiments showed that this method can effectively suppress interference and increase system stability and measurement accuracy.
