Study on Structure Optimization of Inductive Sensor for Grade of Fine Iron Powder

Measuring principle for detecting iron grade of fine iron powder is introduced,and designing method for self-inductance iron grade inductance sensor is given.ANSYS12.0 Smart Engineering Simulation was employed to build 3D electromagnetic field simulation model of cylinder fine iron powder grade sensor.Simulation and analysis of inductance sensors harmonic magnetic field was accomplished by using this simulation model.Therefore,the corresponding variation law of output inductor varied with every sensor self-inductance coefficients(coil diameter,coil diameter,enameled wire circle number,coil height) was explored.Furthermore,3D electromagnetic simulation model of prism-shaped iron grade inductance sensor was built.Then,the variation law of output inductor corresponding to the variation of prism-shaped iron grade sensor self-inductance was obtained,which was contrasted with cylinder one.So the optimal structure and best structure parameter combination of fine iron powder grade sensor was defined,which lay a foundation for the further achievement of sensor performance optimization.
