Design of Motion Control System Based on DSP

Depending on the situation that the traditional PID control method can not satisfy the high performance and stability of the DSP controller in the continuous control process,an embedded NC motion system based on the upper and lower computer of "PC+DSP controller" is proposed.Mainly by adjusting the motor rotation speed to achieve the aim of high performance and stability of DSP NC system,and by comparing common PID controller with the incremental digital PID controller on the basis of TMS320LF2407A DSP,the closed loop control system based on the incremental digital PID controller is established,and the feasibility and validity of the control scheme in this paper is testified by the simulation results,which largely optimizes the system capability of real-time control and stability control,and also provides a certain reference value for further study of DSP NC system in engineering application.
