Alkali Hydrolysis Process of PAN and Its Effect on Core Properties

The alkali hydrolysis process of PAN was studied in this paper,and the optimal hydrolysis technology was selected as bender of core. The following conclusions are drawn through the method of comparison test. Along with the extending of reaction time,Mn and Mw of PAN hydrolysate and the specific tensile strength of core increase and then decrease,and the maximum was reached when reaction time is 7h. In this case,the weight ratio of PAN to Na OH was 1∶ 0. 6 and the ratio of distilled water to fiber was 8,the maximum specific tensile strength of core was 0. 35,and it can be seen that the reaction is complete by IR spectrum in this condition. The dispersion of the alkali hydrolysis solution of PAN was around 2,and the performance was relatively stable.
