Research on reinforcement effect of dynamic compaction and 32 t roller for high embankment

During the construction of expressways in hilly areas,it is inevitable to encounter a large number of high embankment. In order to reduce the uneven settlement after construction of high embankment and ensure the stability of subgrade,it is necessary to reinforce the high embankment. In this paper,through measure the actual compaction by reverse excavation,the reinforcement effect of different high embankment treatment schemes is studied. The results show that compared with the dynamic compaction,the compaction of 32 t roller can effectively improve the compaction degree of high embankment.
