In order to investigate the effect of lipoteichoic acid(LTA) on TLR2 expression in mammary tissue of mice, mice were used as model, and mammary infusion was taken with different doses of LTA. Tissue section method was used to observe pathological histological changes in mammary tissue. Real-time PCR was used to detect TLR2,TNF-α,IL-1β and IL-6 m RNA in mammary tissue after LTA infusion. The results showed that the mammary alveolars of control group were normal, perfusion LTA mammary gland bubble wall thickening, inflammatory cells increased in mammary tissue after LTA infusion. The expression levels of TLR2,TNF-α,IL-1β and IL-6 m RNA significantly increased in LTA infused mammary gland(P0. 05). The results indicated that TLR2 mediated signal pathway could lead to the inflammatory cytokine expression.
