Effects of Nitrogen on Photosynthetic Capacity of Orychophragmcs violaceus Tissue Culture Seedling by Chlorophyll Fluorescence Method

PAM chlorophyll fluorometer was used to measure fluorescence parameters of Orychophragmus violaceus plantlets in vitro at three different nitrogen levels,and the fluorescence parameters was compared.The results showed that the photosynthetic capacity of Orychophragmus violaceus plantlets in vitro was the strongest under middle nitrogen level,the photosynthetic capacity under high nitrogen level was weaker than control group and the photosynthetic capacity under low nitrogen level was the weakest.It was not a positive correlation between photosynthetic capacity and nitrogen rates,therefore,the appropriate amount of nitrogen in the medium could be effectively used and not waste of resources.
