Identification of Trichinella spipalis monoclonal antibodies recovery and location of ES antigens in tissue

In order to better understand the pathogenesis of Trichinella spiralis ES antigen. Test methods using hybridoma monoclonal antibodies( Mab) to locate Trichinella spiralis ES antigen in tissues. Indirect ELISA method is used in testing the recovered monoclonal antibodies. And applying SDS-PAGE and Western-blot methods to analysis ES antigen protein. The results show: Two hybridoma cell lines obtained in our laboratory,A11 and B13 through Western-blot confirmed that they could react with antigens 49 ku ES department,stably secrete antibodies,and with high titer. These results testified the success of the experiment by using immunohistochemical techniques to determine the location of Trichinella spiralis ES antigens in tissue. Trichinella spiralis ES antigens 49 ku protein component was Trichinella spiralis specific antigen.
