Effects of dietary supplementation of Bacillus Producing Lipase on AA broilers

The experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary supplementation of Bacillus named EA-30-A producing lipase on performance,nutrients apparent utilization and intestinal lipase activity of broilers. A total of 240 one-day old healthy AA broilers were randomly allocated to 4 groups with 3 replicates per group and 20 broilers per replicate for 42 days. In the control group and the 3 experimental groups,0%,0. 5%,1. 0% and 2. 0% dietary agent were added into the basal diet respectively. The results showed that the experimental group adding 1. 0% inocula of EA-30-A significantly decreased the feed/gain ratio( P 0. 05). Different levels of EA-30-A had a increasing trend of improving dry matter,gross energy and the apparent utilization of crude fat and the gourp adding 1. 0% dose reached the significant level( P 0. 05). In addition,the intestinal lipase activity of AA broilers at the age of 21 days and 42 days were increased by different amount of agent EA-30-A at different degree,whereas the activity in the earlier stage was increased dramatically( P 0. 05).
