Differential expression analysis of motion-related genes in muscle of Mongolian horse between pre-and post-training

To further understand molecular mechanism on preeminent endurance formation of Mongolian horse,comparative analysis of expression levels of myosin( MHC-Ⅰ) and troponin( TNNC1) genes were carried out in muscle tissue of Mongolian horse between pre-and post-trainingin this experiment. Six 2-year-old female Mongolian horses were chosen in this experiment,and natural state and post-endurance training state were variable factors. Quantitative PCR( q PCR) method was used for determining expression changes of mRNA levels of MHC-Ⅰ or TNNC1 genes in muscle of Mongolian horse between pre-and post-endurance training. The results showed that MHC-Ⅰ mRNA level in muscle of Mongolian horse post-endurance training was very significantly lower than that pre-endurance training( P 0. 01); while TNNC1 mRNA level post-endurance training was very significantly higher than that pre-endurance training( P0. 01).
