Experimental study of low cement dosage Self-Compacting Concrete mix design

In this paper,based on existent guideline of Self-Compacting Concrete mix design,mix design of SCC with low cement dosage has been studied experimentally.Two kinds of concrete with strength of C30 and C60 are designed and tested to meet the requirement of self-compacting ability.The self-compacting ability of low cement dosage SCC is strictly tested by Slum-Flow method and V-funnel method.The strength of these two kinds of mix design has been checked by compressive testing.The proposed mix design of low cement dosage SCC is competitive in concrete industry because of the high performance and reasonable low cost.
