Experiment on a type of polyurethane concrete possessing early strength and speedily solidification

By using orthogonal test method,the selective study on the mixture proportion about a type of polyurethane concrete was processed.The result shows that the optimum mixture proportion is that polyurethane adopts PU-1,curing agent adopts JB-2(the concentration is 40 percent),sand and gravel filled with cement are used for aggregate,polyurethane-curing agent ratio is 1 to 1,catalyst-polyurethaane ratio is 1 to 80 and binder-aggregate ratio is 1 to 8.5.This type of polyurethane concrete could provide high strength in short curing age,therefore it is appropriate material for rapid repair.
