Research on the cracking-proof feature of the formwork concrete

Formwork concrete is a new building material,being used widely.However,cracks were found on the cement mortar layer of the formwork concrete.The main reasons were discussed from the deformability of mortar,including the shrinkage deformability and temperature deformability of formwork.Research results show that the main reasons were the deformability of mortar and the distortion deformability of formwork.Polymer modified cement mortar was used to solve the problem.The experiments present that SRB with 9 percent is the most suitable percent having better cracking-proof feature and compatibility comparing with normal mortar to solve the cracks of the formwork concrete.
