Research on steel fibre reinforcement lightweight aggregate concrete for deck pavement of steel box bridge

The excellent toughness and resistance to penetrability are the most obvious characteristics of steel fibre reinforcement lightweight aggregate concrete(SFRLWC) beside lower density,higher strength and insulating.It is the right materials for the deck pavement of city steel box bridge.The influence law of dosage and kinds of steel fibre on the dry density,compressive strength,flextural strength,toughness and resistance to penetrability are studied.The SFRLWC with dry density below 1990kg/m~3,28d compressive strength over 50MPa,flextural strength over 8.0MPa and toughness index η_(30) over 24 is successfully prepared for the pavement of steel box bridge.
