Research on the application of the tiny shrink and high efficiency water reducer used to control the crack of the permeated-resisting concrete of the tunnel

CHEN Gen-suo(Nanjing Engineering Headquarters of the China Railway 15 Bureau Group Corporation,Nanjing 210002,China)  
Combine the super long and large bulk concrete corpus structure's prevent filter construction of Jiuhuashan tunnel,and under the contrast experiment with the admixtures of inflation in equal condition,for the first time in tunnel engineering we apply a new type tiny shrink and high efficiency water reducer of poly-carboxylic acid successfully,reduce the use of water in bulk of unit concrete,and reduce the shrink of the concrete greatly.At the same time,it restrains the crack of the concrete,especially the fore-and-aft crack run through the concrete,advance the durability of concrete.
