Study on the effect of steel fiber adding ways on concrete compressive strength

The influence regularity of steel fiber adding ways on compressive strength of SFRC(Steel Fiber Reinforced Concrete) was studied through experimental study and academic analysis.When the base strength grade is in the range of C30~C50,and thread steel fiber content is 0~1.5%,the reinforcing effect on concrete compressive strength is very clear.The strength grade is C60 and fiber content is under 0.5%,the effect is also obvious.But the fiber content is over 0.5%,there is almost no reinforcing effect.In the condition of the same fiber content,the compressive strength rising law as increasing strength grade is linear.The more fiber content is,the fewer percentage increase of compressive strength on base strength will be.The rising extent of micro-cutting steel fiber on compressive strength is greater than thread steel fiber.And the effect of adding micro-cutting or thread steel fiber only is better than any mix steel fiber.
