The Comparison between Isoprophenol and Ketamine in Artificial Abortion

To compare the action anaesthesic effects between isoprophenol and ketamine in artificial abortion. Methods: 30 pregnant women in ASA 1 - 2 grade and 48. 51±9. 6 days were choosented to be performed artificial abortion with isoprophenol and ketamine and vallum intravenously to observe MAP,HR and SPo2,and waking time, vomitting rate and memory remain. Results: There were advantages with rapid induced,well controled, cornfortable wakened, low vomitting and abnormal behaviour happened and slightly affected in circulatory system in isoprophenol group. Conclusion: Isoproophenol was better than ketamine as intravenousanasthesic drug in artificial abortion and suitable to be extended.
