The People Hospital of Fujian Traditional Chinese Medical College Li Cuiyun Pang Ming Xu Zhijian et al.
Aim:To discuss the relation between the dynamic blood pressure and heart function.Methods:54 cases of mild or moderate hypertension patients were observed with 24h dynamic blood pressure and colorful ultrasound cardiogram. Results:There were about 48.1% LVH and among them 75% concentric hypertrophy,14.3% distension hypertrophy and 10.7% non-symmetric hypertrophy.66.7% SDP decreased and 61.1% DBP less than 10% in night were detected. It showed that the SBP level was closely related with diastolic heart function than systolic function. Conclusion:The early reversed LVH and resumed normal blood pressure rhythm should be paying much attention to.The dynamic blood pressure level could be one of the data to assess lesion degree of diastolic function in mild or moderate hypertension patients.
