Expression and Its Clinical Significance of P_(53) in Pregnancy Trophoblast Tumor

Objective To try to find the predict data of hydatidiform mole to indicate the clinical treatment after detection P 53 expression and correlation of the hydatidiform mole(HM), invasive hydatidiform mole(iHM), choriocarcinoma and normal chorion. Methods The P 53 expression was detected with histoimmunochemical SP method in 20 cases of normal choroin, 40 cases of HM, 20 cases of iHM and 20 cases choriocarcinoma. The statistics was performed with rank test of order materials. Results The P 53 positive cell counts of choriocarcinoma, iHM and HM were higher than that in normal chorion (P0.01). The P53 positive cell counts of choriocarcinoma and iHM were higher than that of HM (P0.01). That of HM was higher than normal chorion (P0.05).Conclusion The positive rate of expression of P 53 in chorion disease was positive correlated with the proliferating and malignant degree of the disease. P 53 might be an important and available method to predict the canceration, its degree and prognosis. P 53 gene expression could be according as to assess the effect of chemotherapy and prognosis as P 53 could be in fact on mutation.
