Comparison of Different Drugs in PCEA

Objective To compare clinical effects and incidence of side effect of different drugs in PCEA. Methods 90 cases were divided into 3 groups in random, the PCEA drug of group A (n=30)was 0.15%~0.2% bubicraine; drugs of group B(n=30)were 0.15%~0.2% bubicraine and morphine 2~5 mg; drugs of group C were 0.15%~0.2% bubicraine and fentanyl 0.1~0.3mg. Results The effect rate of group A, B and C were 26.6%, 83.3% and 80% relatively. The effects of group B and C were better than group A (P0.01obviously. The incidence of vomiting, nausea, dysuria was the highest in group B. Conclusion To be a effective and safe method of analgesia, bubicrane and fentanyl can do good to PCEA, and bring little side effects.
