Curative Effect Analyses of The Microsurgery in Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage

Objective To review the methods, the effects of the microsurgery in hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage, and the influence on curative effect by awareness, hemorrhage volume, hemorrhage location and time of operation. Methods YL-1 intracranial hematoma grind needle is used in microsurgery with local anesthesia. Results The assessment of the curative effect is satisfactory in 54 cases, 42(79.2%) cases of those are survived, 12(21.8%) cases are died. Conclusion This method could reach significant effect.Catching the chance,operation reasonably and good managment after operation could improve the curation effect and reduce the rate of disability.
