Objective To observe the effect of respiratory inhibition by gesuline after general anesthesia. Methods 30 cases of general anesthesia patient unconscious, low reaction and tidal volume were injected 1.5mg/kg and observe the R, HR and MAP after 5 and 10 min. Results The tidal volume, R were rapidly increased (P0.01) but without Bp and HR changes than control group. Conclusion Gesuline might be effective and safe used as antagonist after general anesthesia.
