Application of Superior Laryngeal Nerve Block and Trachea Surface Anesthesia in Larynx Micro-surgery

Objective To discuss the anesthesia effect of superior laryngeal nerve block (SLNB) and trachea surface anesthesia (TSA) in larynx micro-surgery. Methods 3ml of 2% lidocaine was injected on bilateral inner branches of superior laryngeal nerve and 2ml of 1% dicaine was injected on surface of trachea through cricthyroid membrane in test group. The venous anesthesia was used in control group. Results Bp and HR in test group were stable than those in control group. Conclusion The SLNB and TSA might be an ideal method in micro-surgery of larynx with safty and good effect.
