WANG Xiao-feng, LI Zhuo (The People's Hospital of Wuchang City, Wuchang 150200, China)
cases of second stage of cesarean section were analyzed retrospectively within 4 years in our hospital. The data showed that the amniotic infection, complication in operation, low apgar score and postoperative complication were higher than those in control group. These mentioned that the second stage of cesarean section might have harmful factors and their complications were related with the prolonged second stage (P0.01). The cesarean section should be avoid after the outlet of uterus is open and the opportunity should be controlled.
