Objective To investigate the relevance between small changes of non-stress test,B type ultrasound and the diagnosis of placental abruption at the early stage of placental abruption. Methods A retrospective analysis including 89 cases of placental abruption was taken in the hospital. The study includes gestational week, clinical manifestations,NST changes to acquaint the influence of wide varieties of clinical manifestation of placental abruption to pregnant women and newborns.Results(1)63 cases(70.7%) had changes in NST at early stage of placental abruption, including non-reaction pattern, frequent deceleration pattern, prolonged deceleration and sinusoidal wave, most of which was non-reaction pattern.(2)Apgar score in 60 newborns was 8~10 in the non-reaction pattern.(3)The occurance of placental abruption in persistant non-stress pattern to NST was higher than in other patterns.Conclusion(1)A wide variety of changes in clinical manifestations to non-stress test occurs at early stage of placental abruption.Possibilites of ocurance in plancental abruption should be considered when the non-stress test cannot back to normal in the pregnant women with threating labor.(2)Concerns about early changes of non-stress test help to find the early placental abruption.(3)There is a statistical significance in the early diagnosis of placental abruption with the combination of B type ultrasound and non-stress test in accessory exanminations(P0.01 and P0.05).
