Clinical Value of High - frequency Color Doppler Ultrasound Diagnosis in Pediatric Armpit Lymph Node Tuberculosis

Objective To discuss clinical value of high frequency ultrasound diagnosis in pediatric armpit lymph mode tuberculosis.Methods Through the review of 51 patients with postoperative pathologic lymph node tuberculosis confirmed and the sonographic features and follw-up after surgery of the pathology diagnosis,doing comparison analysis.Results In 51 armpit lymph node tuberculosis patients cases,there are 139 enlarged lymph nodes cases,with most single or scattered,less fusion and most lesion in the left armpit limitations.In the early stages,there are homogeneous low echo.Along with the progress of the disease,lesions internal echo can have liquefaction,calcification and different ultrasonographic performance.CDFI showed lesions area less blood flow.Pathological results show all lymph node tuberculosis.Conclusion The high-frequency color doppler ultrasound diagnosis of pediatric armpit lymph node tuberculosis has important clinical value.
