Early Nursing Intervention on Patients with Cerebral Infarction Hemiplegia Aphasia

Objective To discuss early nursing intervention on cerebral infarction hemiplegia,aphasia patients recovery of motor and language functions.Methods From April 2010 to April 2012,in the hospital,58 patients with the cerebral infarction complicated with hemiplegia and aphasia are divided into two groups randomly,with 29 cases in the control group using general nursing,and 29 cases in the strengthening group in the hospital in stable condition that begins early nursing intervention.After 6 months,the two groups are compared.Results Functional recovery of strengthening group in patients with total effective rate is 86.2%.In the control group,the total efficiency of the functional recovery is 62.1%,with P0.05,which has statistical significance.Conclusion In cerebral infarction in stable condition after early nursing intervention on hemiplegia,aphasia and other sequelae,the recovery is important with significant effect,and is worthy the clinical reference.
