Early Nursing of Senile Cerebral Vascular Patients' Aspiration

Objective To discuss elderly patients with cerebral hemorrhage and aspiration of early care,to improve the survival rate of patients.Methods From March 2009 to March 2010,in the hospital,there are 68 cerebral hemorrhage cases,20 cases with misaspiration.Based on the summary of 20 cases of early nursing care,a relatively systematic respiratory tract nursing standard is formed.Results 20 cases of misaspiration causing pulmonary infection patients in 1~3 weeks symptoms all gained effective control,with no deaths.Conclusion The cerebral hemorrhage patients in early stage of respiratory care can reduce the incidence of aspiration,can also be reduced due to aspiration leads to pulmonary infection in elderly patients with cerebral hemorrhage mortality,as functional recovery created more advantageous condition.
