A Study of E2 Transition Probabilities for Four-Boson Nuclei

Zhang Qingying Feng Mang(Department of Applied Physies,Hunan Univ,Changsha,410082)
The interacting boson model with the boson effective interaction has been used to studythe nuclear spectra. In this paper, the E2 transition rates for t11ree four-boson nuclei are calculated bythe boson configuration-mixing wave functions that are obtained by diagonalizing the energy matrix,Thetheoretical results are in satisfactory agreement with the available experimental data, It is shown thatthis model is successful.
