Magnetic Buoyancy of Non-magnetic Mineral Grains in Magnetic Fluid

Non-magnetic mineral grains,immersed in magnetic fluid in non-uniform magnetic field,are acted bymagnetic buoyancy. Based on magnetic levitation effect,ferrohydromechanics,electromagnetism etc,the mechanicalmodel of the nonmagnetic mineral particles in magnetic fluid is established. And the structure of the magneticbuoyancy is evaluated. As magnetic field gradient direction is vertically up,the grains are forced upward. And theimportant factors influencing the effect of magnetic buoyancy are analysed.
