The Spatial Differentiation and Environmental Impact of Poverty in Plain Rural

Based on 349 villages of Lankao and the survey data of 3321 peasant households,we select the villages andthe geographical environment,economic development factors,village cadre factors and individual factors of peasanthouseholds and use the hot spot analysis,regression analysis,GIS spatial analysis and other methods in Lankao povertyof space characteristics and influencing factors. The results show as follows.(1)The spatial difference of poverty rate inLankao county is large,the distribution of poverty has some spatial agglomeration,and it is more concentrated in theborder of towns and villages.(2)The per capita cultivated land area,the distance from the township government,the mainincome source of the villagers,the age of the village cadres,the proportion of villages and the proportion of the annualpopulation outside the village have the significant impacts on the occurrence of poverty in the village.(3)The emergenceof poverty is the result of the combined influence with many factors. The implementation of poverty alleviation measuresshould be health. Taking into account the transfer of labor force employment is combined with practicing the tertiaryindustry,we should take the local conditions,implement accurate identification,precise classification and precise povertyalleviation to gradually raise the income of people in rural areas and improve the quality of life of farmers.
