This paper extends the forced oscillation model of the optical bistability.It studies the steady states of the optical bistable system with pumping OBP),under the condition of population reversion,which includes the self-sustainted oscillation and the laser with inject signal.We first present the common form of the laser conditions for the system without incident driving field.Fur- ther we reveal and discuss the gain threshold of amplifying output and its variation rule for the system with inject signal.Mean- while,we find out the relationships between the detunings and the conditions of light amplifying,also the frequency pulling effect.
