Effect of Microwave Irradiation on the Temperature of Water and Oils and their Response Mechanisms

This paper deals mainly with the effect of microwave radiation on the temperatures of water and vegetable oils and their response mechanisms, which are found to be changed by the intensity of microwave radiation. Besides, the principle of T_thermocouple measuring temperatures is analyzed by the results of microwave radiation measurement.
