POWER TRANSFORMER PROGRAMMING TESTING DEVICE BASED-ON DISCRETE SAMPLING

A power transformer automatic testing device controlled by a microcomputeris described in this paper.With sampling the required data point by point without any digital meters and parameter transducers the computer finds various values of current,voltage and power by data processing.Analysis of the errors introduced by data processing and the corresponding formulas are given.The accuracy of the test results is very much related to the voltage regulation system.The supply source is controlled in close-loop PID mode by regulating theexcitement of the dynamo-generator with a 12-bit D/A (digital-to-analog)converter.The voltage can be up and down smoothly so that its resolution can reach 0.025%.
