ELIMINATING THE NUMERLCAL OSCILLATIONS FOR THE TRANSIENT SIMULATIONS OF POWER SYSTEMS USING NOVEL MATHEMATI CAL MODELS

This paper presents two novel mathematical models of the electrical elements of power systems for the digital simulations of the transients.These models can be easily and successfully used to eliminate the numerical oscillations in the duration of the simulation calculations,which are caused by the frequent changes of the topogical structures of the networks.Comparing with the treatment methods we usually use these models are with higher precisions and much more convenient to use.
