AUTOFRETTAGE RESEARCH ON THE CYLINDER OF HIGH PRESSURE JET MACHINE

This paper describes the autofrettage design and test of the cylinder of high pressure jet machine. Based on the traditional autofrettage design theory, the authors point out a new design method and treat the four cylinders which are made of 0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb with 725~738MPa by autofrettage.
