Ways and influencing factors of new generation migrant workers dealing with contractual right of land: Based on the investigation of 362 samples in Jiangsu province

The survey from 362 new generation peasant-workers in Jiangsu province shows that the percentage of new generation migrant workers choosing incomplete transfer of land is 56.91%, the percentage of choosing to cultivate their own farming land is 37.29% and the percentage of choosing to transfer land completely is 56.91%. The paper analyzes the influence factors on land contract management right of new generation migrant workers from 6 characteristics including individual, family, employment, society, region and land importance. It finds the factors including age, education, working hours, family number, family income, employment stability and wages of new generation peasant-workers have significant impact on the way migrant workers dealing with contractual right of land.
