Effects of Transplanting Depths with One-off Double-layer Fertilization on Flue-cured Tobacco Growth and Soil Nutrient Contents

The effects of different transplanting depths combined with one-off double-layer fertilization on the growth of flue-cured tobacco and nutrient contents of soil were studied in the field experiment.The result shows as follows:after one-off double-layer fertilization,transplanted plants with 9 nodes has more advantages in the effective leaf area per plant,the whole dry matter than other treatments;From vigorous stage to budding stage,the NH+4N quantity absorbed by flue-cured tobacco plants transplanted with 7 nodes was the highest,while the NO-3-N quantity absorbed by flue-cured tobacco plants transplanted with 9 nodes was the highest;For the tobacco plants transplanted with 9 nodes,the soil NH+4-N content was the highest and NO-3N content was the lowest at maturing stage,the available P content and available K content in the soil were lower than those of the contrast from rosette stage to vigorous stage,and the available P content was up to the highest at budding stage(at domming stage for the contrast)and was the lowest at maturing stage,while available K content was higher than that of the contrast.
