Study on Coating Preservation of Fresh-cut Fuji Apples

Some physiological and biochemical changes of fresh-cut apples coated with edible film were determined.The results showed that the fresh-keeping effects could be achieved when fresh-cut Fuji apples were coated by 1.5% CMC-Na+1% sodium D-isoascorbate +3%PA+0.2% sodium dehydroacetate.
