Introduction and Identification of Sensory Quality on Vegetable Soybean Planted in Summer

Some vegetable soybean verities introduced from National Center of Soybean Improvement,Nanjing Agricultural University were planted in experiment station of Handan Academy of Agricultural sciences in 2007-2008.The result showed that Nannong 94-14,Nannong 94-16,Liufeng,T5052 with higher fresh pod yield and excellent sensory quality and Qixing with earlier harvest of fresh pod compared with controlled varieties were screened out.The yield of fresh pod was significantly correlated with length of fresh pod and pods in individual plant,respectively,and fresh seed were correlated with length of fresh pod significantly.Acerbity,rigidity and fishy,as negative trait working on sensory quality,had high CV,which could be used for selection effectively.
