Effect of AMP and MH on Ca~(2+)-ATPase,Mg~(2+)-ATPase and Ultrastructure in Chloroplast of Chrysanthemum Leaves in Green Bud Stage

In the vegetable growing stage of chrysanthemum Chazhiyanhong,1000mg/L of Ampicillin(AMP) and different concentrations(100mg/L,200mg/L and 300mg/L)of Maleic hydrazide(MH) were sprayed to study the effects of them on the photosynthesis rate,Ca2+-ATPase,Mg2+-ATPase and ultrastructure in chloroplast of the leaves in the green bud stage,and the time of flowering.The results showed that:under the treatment of AMP the physiological index above mentioned,the mumber and the density of chloroplast lamellae increased,and the osmiophilic globules in chloroplast decreased.Under the treatments of MH the activities of Ca2+-ATPase and Mg2+-ATPase were lower than CK which decreased early and then increased later;Moreover,at the treatments of 100-200mg/L MH,the photosynthesis rate,the number and the density of chloroplast lamellae were higher with less osmiophilic globules in chloroplast,and were negative correlated;as long as the 300mg/L MH treatment was concerned,it was the reverse.
