Screening and Identification of Biochemical Fulvic Acid-Producing Bacteria and Their Application Effect

In order to explore the feasibility of using corn stalks to ferment and obtain new fulvic acid biofertilizers,strains with good fulvic acid production were selected from the fermented corn stalks in sandy soils in Zhengzhou,and then screened with corn stalks as raw materials. The strains were fermented and tested,then the solid fermentation products were applied to the field to verify their functions by measuring soil available nutrient content,corn yield,aboveground dry weight and aboveground nutrient content. The results showed that five strains with good ability of producing fulvic acid from fermented corn stover were obtained,which were YC8,YM3,HS3,HS4 and YC4,respectively. The morphological,physio-logical and biochemical indicators and 16 S r DNA identification results showed that the five strains were Bacillus megaterium,Bacillus subtilis,Bacillus acidiceler,Bacillus muralis and Bacillus flexus,respectively.In general,the available soil nutrient content,corn yield,aboveground dry weight and aboveground nutrient content of the treatments with the soil treated with the strain fermentation product were all higher than those without fermentation product treatment( control). There was no significant difference in the effect of application,and even individual strains were superior to those of commercially available fulvic acid fertilizers. Among them,applying YM3 fermentation product treatment had obvious effect on increasing soil available P content,applying YC8 fermentation product treatment had obvious effect on increasing soil available K content,which were 6. 51% and 7. 40% higher than those of commercial fulvic acid fertilizer treatment; the effect of fermentation product treatment on the yield of maize and the dry weight of the shoot was obvious,the yield of treatment with HS3 fermentation product was increased by 13. 39% compared with the control,followed by the treatments with YC4,YM3 fermentation products,there was no significant difference between them and commercial fulvic acid fertilizer treatment; the application of YM3 fermentation product resulted in a significant increase of the N accumulation in the shoot,and the application of HS4 fermentation product resulted in a significant increase of P accumulation in the shoot,there was no significant difference between them and commercial fulvic acid fertilizer treatment. Comprehensive analysis showed that the effect of applying the YM3 fermentation product was the best.
