THE QUANTITATIVE ANALYSIS OF ASPIRIN BY MOLECULARLY IMPRINTED SOLID-PHASE EXTRACTION TECHNIQUE

The aspirin molecularly imprinted polymer had been synthesized as filling material of solid-phase extraction.The sample solvent,elution solvent,elution times and vacuum pressure of sampling were optimized for molecularly impinted solid-phase extraction (MI-SPE).Acetone was used as a sample and cleaning solvent,ethanol as a washing solvent,and the sampling pressure was 1200 Pa.The aspirin tablet was extracted with molecularly imprinted solid-phase extraction and eluting solution was determined with ultraviolet spectrum.The content of aspirin was 7.12%.Relative standard deviation of aspirin determination was 4.0% and mean recovery was 115.2%.
