ISOLATION AND PURIFICATION OF PHOSPHATIDYLINE CROMATOGRAPHY

She Zuoyuan(Dept. of Biochemistry, Shantou Educational College, Shantou 515000, China)  
This article is on the extraction of soybean phosphatidylcholine from soybean dregs by using organic reagent to get the rough product. After chromatographic isolation and purification, the final product is obtained and determined by chemical and IR spectrum analysis.
